Shipping Policy
You will be notified once your order is shipped. It may take between 5 - 7 business days for your order to be sent out.
All the orders are registered and will be given a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
The shipping method is via CTT (registered package). The cost is calculated according to the national and international CTT base.
All the pieces that are not marked as sold out on the website are available from prompt delivery.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The client must email us at admnoncollective@gmail.com with the subject “EXCHANGE” describing the article purchased and the one to exchange to. The exchange must be confirmed via email;
The return cost is taken by the customer, but we take the costs of shipping of the new article and the client has to ship the article with a tracking number. NON do not take responsibility for the loss of package sent by the client.
If the client wants to make the exchange in person in Lisbon, all the details must be set via email admnoncollective@gmail.com.
